Running the race of Time

I remember my sports days at primary school and high school. I attended Tyburn Primary School and Welbedene Secondary School in the Chatsworth area where I live. Thinking of the different houses, mascots, cheerleaders, songs we sang, watching the races and supporting our teams. Remember those days of getting fresh cream donuts, coke, chips, and maybe a fruit. In Tyburn I was in Shepherd house which always came out first except for my grade 7 sports day. Disappointing to know Armstrong always came out second but chose to come out first when it was my last year in primary school. Never the less I have gotten over it even though I had difficulty with my sore throat days after the sports.

Reflecting back>>>>>>>

That feeling you have in your heart when your team member is neck and neck with a team member of the opposing team who just so happens to be leading the competition. We scream our guts out as if our screaming is going to be like a supernatural wind which will push our team member forward in the race to the finish line.

When you are running a race you have to follow a few simple rules and regulations which are not all that tough. In some races switching lanes are prohibited. Cheating and tripping other members apart of other teams is prohibited. You start only when the gun shot is heard. The sound is your cue to run like vicious dogs are chasing you or cops are trying to track you down. Thankfully I cannot relate to either of the above mentioned tracking me down.

A few important points to consider when you participating in a race

>Taking part for a race is more than showing up for the race. One has to train long before the race if one desires to win the race. You are representing your team. Team members are not expecting you to just take part for fun or take part cause there where not many participants available in your division but expected to do our team proud and end up in the first position.

When we as Christians are spiritually lazy we are not fit to be winners when we run a race. Our inner man needs to be trained and diet consists of fresh bread, new wines, living waters and speaking in tongues.

>Running a race requires you to be present and fit as mentioned above but you need to move from being a spectator on the stands to move to the tracks as a participator.

Be doers of the word.

Practice what you preach

>A type of dress code is required on the tracks. You are required to run bare feet or takkies, shorts, track pants and a t shirt. You can use a colour which belongs to your team so you can be identified but more important you must have tags containing numbers pinned on you and information including name, age, and race/s and team name.

Your identity is found in Christ.

When anybody looks at you from a distance they must be able to see you belong to team Jesus

>Every team sings songs and encourages team members.

Our song is the victory song and the victory shouts.

Encourage and support one another in the body

>The gun shot is what you are waiting for and that sound means you must make your way in forward momentum towards the finish line. Any unfitness will hamper you’re getting up from that bent position of get set. When you have fallen down, get set n ready to take off because if you do not have the will to wake up then the enemy’s team will win and take the points.

Be ready for the sound from above

Be alert at all times because when your mind is distracted then you will be slow to go forward

>Focus on finish line and not people next to you, distractions come easily and loosing track of the finish line slows down your speed of running.

>Remember winning is your only option, no space for failure.

>Remember the prize is yours. The enemy also wants your prize; he will try his best to make sure he gets it. Do not let him get it because he wants it in a team members hand then it belongs to the enemy and their team and they have more points so they have and have more power.

>Having more points means being ahead in the race to be a winner, a champion.

>Injuries can occur and cramps

God can heal you

Every set back is opportunity for God to bring you back in style

>In a relay race you have to run with a baton in your hand. It is a team effort.

When you have the baton do not be selfish. You have to pass it on. If am at a place spiritually I will mentor, guide ensure you to come to that place. I am grateful to my mentors (Donovan {Brandon} Munisamy, spiritual parents (Pastor Trevor and Pravie Dolan) and spiritual family who have worked with me at any time of the day.

Fire

Thinking of the word fire alone makes you feel so hot. Fire is closely associated with heat; light therefore heat and light energy. Fires can be dangerous if it is not controlled. I remember learning a tongue twister when I was in foundation phase “Fire Fighters Fight Fire” and at Kainos Covenant community (Church) in the main headquarters (Laughing) based in Phoenix (south Africa, Africa, Kwa-Zulu Natal) we hosted a movie night with snacks, popcorn and cool drinks and show cased the movie FIREPROOF. A great must watch and story which will inspire you. Yes it is better than Vampire Diaries and Twilight because you learn morals, values and also positive attitudes from it. I know you won’t go around biting peoples necks (rolling on the floor and laughing).

Lets get serious now. Fires are no Joke. (Serious face)

I also remember going to a fire station for a primary School (Tyburn) excursions on two different occasions. The foam show fire fighters do for us is the only reason learners go to the fire station on an excursion, do not laugh at these kids who fail to realise  bubble bath is more fun even though it is in a smaller scale. Dennis the Menace had a sugar candy coated incident when Dennis desired to wash his grandfather’s car and runs out of liquid soap. Dennis does not read a label on the liquid candy looking very similar to a container of liquid soap found on a top shelf written “Candy floss”. What happens next is what the Witch in Hansel and Gretel should of tried, a yard full of candy floss. Someone called the FIRE BRIGADE in Dennis the Menace to come to their rescue.

When fireman hears the siren they leave whatever they are doing because the siren is a warning of an unwanted fire in an area. Unwanted because this is not burning dirt, gas stove, light the candle, braai stand kind of fire. This is serious; lives could be in danger, animals too, possessions lost, a suicide, explosions. They do a mini ‘Tarzan and Jane or George and Ursula or for those Mowgli lovers out there a Mowgli swing on the rope move but here is pole in place of a rope. For those individuals who are still trying to make sense of these names I just mentioned. You guys need to watch some television now and then; it will not make you a couch potato in any way.

Enough Puzzling, moving on. (My Teacher line, the moving on)

Adrenalin rush- fire fighters hear the siren in their ear drums. Leaving what they are currently doing. Down the poll, put on their fire fighting fireproof gear to save lives and might risk theirs.  Getting on to the scene they strategize and use a very long hose pipe, long enough to reach tallest buildings. The hose pipe is for water to put down fires. Fire fighters go around houses, inside houses looking for animals and people. Fire fighters comfort and check on victims of fire (Previous Post on Secret Agents) .Fire fighters climb a ladder (Note a previous blog post on Stairs and ladders) to get to those in high buildings. The ladder is not too short to reach them like God’s hands are not too short to reach you in the other end of the Solar system.

>The fire of God protects you. It is an Edge of fire around you.

The Glory (Note previous post on vibrations of Glory cocooning) of God is made in a simile to be compared with Fire. Exodus 24 V 16 says the appearance of the Glory of Yahweh was like devouring Fire on the top of the mountain (Previous Post on mountains and Valleys) in the eyes of the children of Israel.

Video Games: Every Dimension and level is different from the previous

Everyone enjoys playing games and I am well aware there are many types and kinds of games exist around the Globe. Games for fun, educational games, religious games, quiz games, board games, card games, mobile games, computer games and even play station games. Many children including adults love playing games on computers and play stations. It is quiet addictive I have discovered. Rules of games differ greatly but what is the single aim of playing game?

To some it is to have fun, unfortunately this isn’t the case with me, winning is a must. I get so disappointed when I lose a game. If you could only see my face, Oh my word! I sulk so much to a point my friends will tell me“it’s just a game” but to me it was more than a game. I wanted to win, to be on top.

Am dealing with my ridiculous behavior as we speak or as you read(Smirk).

In order to get to a winning position. One must climb to the top of a ladder. I am not saying all games have ladder but one does come to mind. Snakes and ladders?

There are different dimensions to games. Each dimension as you make your way up consists of different components that are harder than the previous Level/dimension.

It has to be harder,

Howyou expect a game to be so easy at each and every level.

What will we belearning if it was?

You say you do not want a challenge?Then go play with a child. Play with an individual/s half your age because you don’t want a challenge. You want everything served on a silver platter and you expect to be fed.

That behavior of yours is not going to take you anywhere in life.

How are you going to be wise?

The significance of what goes on in the Games

Free lives- are what you gain when you are smart enough and find hidden places. It Is another chances to win, to go on and conquer the game.

It is God saying. NO my child, your time is not now. Go on, live life or saying you are forgiven. Here is another chance to try again.

Enemies-There has to be an opponent or bad guys who chase after you trying to not injure BUT kill you so you will not move to the next dimension...

In life obstacles and distractions are ways to bring you down the ladder or to make you start previous levels again or at the beginning of a game. It is rather frustrating but hey, looks at the brighter side. You get to be more cautious so you ensure the same mistakes will not be repeated.

Powers- looking at your enemy they each have different types of powers and you fight back with powers too. The difference is your enemy has demonic powers from the Devil but we have supernatural and Glorious powers from God. We are not seen to be bad guys. We are seen to be GOOD GUYS. We go in with no fear but faith.

Aim- every game has an aim of winning. New dimensions consist of different levels but there are times you are smart enough to unlock some port hole which cater poles you to the next dimension...  you are over the moon and you are flying so high because you thought you had to go through the whole process but you quantum leaped.. In some games the aim is to save a life. You are a warrior, secret agent, a hero or someone with an elevated position.

Speed- momentum helps a great deal when escaping your enemies, finding refuge and fighting your enemies to. When you are slow, progression is slow too and when you are slow it’s easy for the enemy to catch up with you.

Weapons-

A range of various weapons different from what our enemies use.

Ever wondered why?

We fight on different sides. We are of different bloodline and peculiar sort of people. Basically, we move with spiritual weapons to affect natural battles. That is how we operate.

I was always a chatter box growing up. I was told once I first talked I never stopped (rolling eyes). I find this statement made by sarcastic family members to be absurd.   I had to stop to catch my breath and I am sure as there are the heavens and Earth, I surely did not sleep talk. I do admit looking at some home videos I am on a mission to destroy. My family find my expression and impersonations hilarious, brilliant and cute. Oh Yeah! I agree with them but it is so embarrassing to look at.

 Mum insists the guy I someday decide to bring home to marry will have to watch every home video and look at all my pictures.

 I feel doubt in my heart, doubt she does not want to see me marry. (Head down).

At the age of eight and nine or was it nine or ten, ummh, (Old Age) my mother enrolled me at Academy of Speech and Drama. Maeshni Naicker was my drama teacher who acted in “Broken Promises” as Saras. After two years off sending me to Speech and Drama Mother dearer had come to a conclusion which is…..

It added to my dramatic self, consequences are frightening.

Thankfully I was a monitor at class. The one time my teacher made another learner the monitor my name went on the board for talking before my teacher could leave the classroom. (Yikes)

Drama is my passion. Friends at Campus (University of Kwa-Zulu Natal Edgewood) call me DQ-Drama Queen

and I am not willing to let out any other nicknames from my childhood at this point. (Talk to the hand).  I wanted to do drama but my mum said there is not much money there, well years ago; times have altered the state of the work place and opportunities. I could have easily done drama or arts and culture as learning area but I did not want added drama (Stress), no pun intended (Giggles).

Choosing an intermediate and senior phase (Grade 4-9) in Bachelor of Education is the only phase that bridges both the primary and high schools therefore this meant being flexible with various subjects. One core module is called LAS (Learning Area Studies) comprising of Social Science one term and Arts culture the Second. The arts culture component requires you to develop a production comprising of song and dance for twelve minutes performed in a theatre with lecturers being present and sitting as Judges. We had to choose a History Topic and do a play about the History topic of your choice.

There is more….you needed to have lighting, props and it is open to the rest of the campus.

I feel like I am giving this description to learners and it is for marks (Oh my word, laughing out loud)

The highlight is I played an Indian man who falls in love with the maid and comes in drunk to his engagement to another young lady (Indian) there after running away with the maid.

Phew!!!! (Wiping sweat of face)

I looked so much like a man that I felt so odd using the ladies toilet, I got a shock when I looked at myself in the mirror in the Tinkle room (my nick for the Loo). I was like AAAh man (African American accent). It scared me so much to know I was behaving like a man, before the play I met a few friends male and female who went right pass me. Guys shook my hand and said What Kind bru. I was like Luka bru, how it’s vying. I was convincing until the dress room got cluttered. This dude looks at my Glimmer stick facial hair. Shock hit him I thought he was going to run on the stage. That was a good sign; the horrific moment was when I was even followed by other sexualities.

After the play when our group got together to take a few memorable snap shots. I told my friends WAIT!!! They asked me why? All confuzzled (confused). I told them my Shirt is not in my pants. They all burst out laughing but I saw no harm in what I said in the first few seconds. Delayed action I laughed mouth opened 30 seconds later. It was cheese time and mouth closed time (Flash).

While walking to the change rooms I bounced and walked. After dressing up from my man suit to my girlish clothes. I felt so odd and this my friends made me appreciate being me. Not me being a man (C’mon). Made me appreciate being my true self.

 What if I put a show for people making them to believe I am one type of person but in a different setting or behind closed doors I am someone totally opposite to who I really am?

People put masks on to be accepted by people because of attention (Spotlight), to fulfil expectations of others and peer pressure. If I had to please all the people in my life I will be so unhappy.

Think of all the people in your life at present.
A lot huh?

Pleasing God can make life easier than you think.

When I was at home I was a different girl compared to being at church and the same in School and with friends. It was difficult to stay as one person everywhere and even more difficult to decide which person I want to be everywhere.

Pulling off an act is easy but one slip up can melt your make up from your face like a hot summer’s day. Yeah I experienced that once, okay twice (Nose growing).

Are u split personality (Schizophrenia/ (Schizophrenic)?

In the play called “LIFE” are you playing a dual role?

Leading a double life can confuse you when you forget which role you playing

What role do you play, rather how do you play it?

You can fool everyone but you cannot fool God

You can lie to everyone but you lying more to yourself

I’d be lying to you to say it was easy changing, the popular one and life of the party but who says I am not popular now and not partying. Now the Angels and enemy knows me and my name and I party in the Heavens. God? He always knew me I just chose not to know him at that time. Sad huh!

Make a choice today and make the right choice

A Lawyer

During worship I felt prompted by Holy Spirit to write a post on my dear Spiritual Daddy’s word from Big Daddy of course (In reference to Abba Father = God). I am obviously not going to tell you details concerning structure of Pastor’s preaching. You and I both know I am quite capable of giving details but I will just highlight the main points. God is mightier than the mighty, stronger than the strongest and greater than our greatest. God is our advocate. After church when a few of us fellowshipped together. Pastor gave me instruction to write a post on what he ministered on but Holy Spirit beat him to it. (LOL).

Lawyers are career for those who are able to lie,  well so non-lawyers say/think (if you are a lawyer take it easy on me I am just saying what others are saying, want to take to me to court?) (Straight face).

As the name LAWyer is such a label we have no need to elaborate on the whereabouts. The law is studied in-depth by lawyers. We have legal problems we call up our lawyers. Lawyers, advocates, magistrates, judges, attorneys all are representation of different rankings.

When you hire a lawyer you hire the best lawyer because your lawyer represents you in court before the judge and defends your case. Pay your lawyer to represent you in court and he does not use his legal knowledge to help you, provide the court with evidence to back your case up then you rather not show up in court. The whole point of hiring a good lawyer bearing in mind the cost is to win your case. Even a weak person is aware he has to have a stronger force (previous post called FORCES) to back his case up or he will be facing serious charges, criminal offences, pay fines and might even land up in prison according to charges to fit  the crime.

I mentioned not being much of a couch potato and in “Demand for Ransom” I compose a post which gives you an impression I watch a lot of television. There is not enough time to watch television but when I am on holiday I make sure I watch anything to make me feel normal hehehehe.}

Action movies or any movie for that matter which has policemen arresting any individual handcuffs them and simultaneously telling them “You have a right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney if you cannot afford an attorney one will be assigned/granted to you”

Analysis of scene:

When the enemy comes in your home which you know he has no right to. Tells you and your family he has a permit from the court of law. The enemy needs evidence which he presents to a judge and court of law that grants him a permit to enter you territory through your gates and your doors (previous post on gates and locks and another on doors and keys). Circumstances and habit can be evidence which permits the enemy to come in your home freely.

Uninvited guest has come;your home does not cater for people who fall under the category of darkness. Next time enemy comes.Take your permit you have (Bible) which gives you full authority to kick him out of your house. Throw the word at him by declaring to the atmosphere and your situation.

 You are handcuffed: your hands are taken and put around your back. Your hands are a symbol of surrender and total submission to God. You use your hands to reach out to people and hold on to God. You are unable to do any of these. Now you are in bondage and limited. Touch is one of your five senses, how do you touch God now that you are arrested. When your hands are forced into a different position your posture changes and great pain comes with enemy rough handling you.

How dare him (Angry face and steam coming out from ears and Nostrils)

Remember: make sure dance on his head, waving your arm freely as a symbol of victory.

Silence: when you are watchmen and you remain silent the enemy can come in with his troops and attack your clan, tribe or city. The enemy tries to silence our authority. I am witness of the enemy coming to silence your gifting and especially the prophetic voice.

Silence? NO. I will scream for help and warn the others. I will sound the alarm. Sound the trumpet.

Anything you say: anything you try and say is so critical because any words used in wrong context, ambiguities or puns can be use negatively against you. Your words and actions can be exposed in a court of law.

Speak Life to your situation. Satan got nothing on you, Speak to the dry bones in the valley of dry bones and they will live. (Ezekiel 37)

This is a story I remember my mother (Vinothi Naidoo) read to my cousins (Jachin Samuel Jainarain and Calin Jainarain). It has been a story her grandmother (her Paternal) has read to her.

An attorney will be assigned to you: enemy wants you to feel you cannot afford the best or you have no access to resources so you will settle for anything he brings before you.

You need to expect the best from God.

Do not accept 2^nd best.

What God gives is accurate, lovely and good

Its Story time:

Due to circumstances you permitted enemy to come into your home (like blog post on the Mind, permission granted Mr and Mrs Negativehttp://leticicanaidoo.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/mind.html).

Enemy holds in you in bondage, arrests you, takes you away and you have a court case scheduled. You cannot afford a lawyer but you phone a gentleman you know, a comforter, Holy Spirit and he intervenes on your behalf and does you a favour because enemy wants to give you a weak lawyer because enemy knows you cannot afford it. Holy Spirit reassures you you have nothing to worry; he has a few friends (Contacts). You think what the hek, nothing better than trying it out and see how it works, its either you take a lawyer from someone you know and trust than enemy’s lawyer. Holy Spirit calls up Jesus also known as Jehova Jireh our Provider who is a Top Notch person in finances and he pays the cost for a great lawyer for you.

Sitting in jail what else can you but sing a song for your weak spirit and to God above. As you sitting in jail, you get a visit from Holy Spirit who tells you “Tomorrow is your case. I just spoke to the police. Do not worry about tomorrow. I called my buddy Jesus who said he paid the price in full. Your lawyer will show up tomorrow when you NEED him to defend your case”.

(deep breath in and out)

Thank you Holy Spirit.

Holy Spirit says “I know the…”

You are so worried you concentrate on yourself and ignore to a point he leaves you to see ensure everything is all set for tomorrow. If you only listened to Holy Spirit instead of your worried mind, Holy Spirit would of completed his sentence and said to you he also knows the Judge.

Next Day….

All dressed up for success. Everyone is early but your lawyer is not here early. Having a mini heart attack you sweating like there is no tomorrow. The judge is on time and his name is Judge God, enemy is seated and he has a lawyer named sin to back his case up and to go against you. In the Jury (Inspired by the words of a song sung by CECE WINANS called MERCY SAID NO bbmed to me by a friend) are Jesus, Holy Spirit, Life, Light, Darkness and Death. Your Lawyer walks in. you feel the Lawyer looks very familiar. “Where have I seen this merciful face before”, you think deeply. Your lawyer walks confidently towards you as SIN UNFORGIVENESS DISGRACE gets nervous. Holy Spirit intervened on your behalf and got you the best lawyer in town. You lawyer embraces you and introduces you as MERCY FORGIVENESS GRACE. A  fluorescent light bulb lights up in your head and you know MERCY has helped you many times prior to this.

Attorney God silenced the enemy and sin. Called me upfront.

I placed my hand on the Bible and my heart to and said Genesis 31 verse 53

The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge between us.

Sin came to charge me with breaking the law, I stole too many souls he claimed, and enemy says he has proof. Shock occupied flowed through my body instead of blood. How enemy could know these things, was he watching and a waiting for me to slip up. Sin says he knows my mistakes and brings mistakes to take a stand in court. After mistakes mentioned all the things I did and said with interesting evidence I was unaware and aware of sin handcuffed me.

I felt like it was all over for me. Mercy said “No, I am not letting you go, Sin will not take you”.

Advocate God stepped in and said No!! Sin you have no hold on (Your name) Leticia Naidoo because it has been brought to my attention of your bad deeds. Enemy, I have proof that Jesus paid the price in full for Leticia. I also know your permit is not valid. Mercy says Yes advocate God, I have legal documentation from the King of Kings that shows Sin and the enemy had no right to do what they have done as Mercy hand Advocate God the Bible and presents to the court and Jury the evidence

Life and Death in the Jury stood face to face. Darkness tried to steal my heart away.

Mercy calls Jesus and Holy Spirit together with light and Life to back your case. As Jesus speaks love and comes as a friend, Holy Spirit our comforter, Light sheds light against darkness towards the evidence and Life speaks life over death.

Advocate God says: I find you Leticia Naidoo

My heart stops beating for a split second….

Justice came in and arrested Enemy and his group of people. Sin tried to escape but Victory caught Sin before he could leave.

For Yahweh is our Judge, Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king. He will save us. (Isaiah 40v 23) Who brings princes to nothing, which makes the judges of the earth like meaningless? Simple: The Judge of judges, LORD of lords, KING of Kings, Yahweh, the I AM.
